Returns & Exchanges


If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to offer you store credit once the product has been returned to our office.  Unfortunately we are not able to do refunds at this time. 

Our return policy is only for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.

Please use our Contact Us page to let us know which item(s) you are returning. Please be sure to include the order number, your name, and best email contact information. The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for store credit:

  • All items must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed, un-altered, etc condition.
  • You must notify us of your intentions to return or exchange an item(s) within 7 days of receipt.
  • All items must be returned and received at our location within 10 days from original receipt.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item you MUST notify us of it within 5 days of receipt.
If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the above criteria or without contacting us prior to, we will not offer a store credit nor will we be responsible or obligated to return any items to you. There are NO returns or exchanges on SALE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Once we receive your returned item(s) they will be processed within 3-5 business days, after which you will be credited a store credit (excluding shipping) on your account or the exchange will be mailed out. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the delivery and return of any item(s).

Please include a note for us with your name, order number and reason for your return so that we have all of your info with your package. *We will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit.


3.75 per item shipping on ALL domestic orders.

Delivery confirmation will be emailed once item(s) has shipped. If there are any changes that need to be made to the shipping address after order has been submitted, it is your responsibility to contact us before the item has shipped and provide the correct information. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier and/or marked as delivered by the carrier.
